現貨商品 (In-Stock Items)： 將於訂單確認後的 1–3 個工作天 內寄出（不含週末及國定假日）。

客製化或預購商品 (Made-to-Order / Pre-order Items)： 由於需要精細的製作與品管，通常需要 7–14 個工作天 才能完成並發貨。

Orders for in-stock items will be shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Made-to-order or pre-order items typically require 7–14 business days for crafting and quality control before shipment.

2. 運送方式與時間 (Shipping Methods & Delivery Time)

本地配送 (Local Shipping)： 採用順豐速遞或本地速遞服務，發貨後通常於 1–3 個工作天 內送達。

海外配送 (International Shipping)： 我們提供國際快遞服務（如 DHL / FedEx / EMS），運送時間通常為 7–14 個工作天，實際時間視目的地海關清關效率而定。

 Local Shipping: Shipped via SF Express or local courier services, typically delivered within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping: We offer international express delivery (e.g., DHL / FedEx / EMS), usually taking 5–14 business days, depending on customs clearance in the destination country.

3. 運費計算 (Shipping Fees)

運費將在結帳頁面（Checkout）根據您的收件地址與包裹重量自動計算顯示。

Shipping fees are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and package weight.

4. 關稅與進口稅 (Customs & Import Duties)

 國際訂單可能需要支付目的地國家/地區的海關進口稅、增值稅（VAT）或相關手續費。

 所有相關稅費均需由收件人（買家）承擔。 建議您在下單前先向當地海關了解相關政策。

 International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), or related handling fees imposed by the destination country.

 All customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient (buyer). We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to placing an order.

5. 訂單追蹤 (Order Tracking)

當您的訂單發貨後，我們會透過電子郵件發送追蹤號碼（Tracking Number），您可以隨時透過物流公司官網查詢包裹動態。

 Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email , so you can monitor the delivery status online.

6. 注意事項 (Important Notes)

 請務必填寫正確且完整的收件資訊（包含收件人姓名、正確地址及聯絡電話）。若因地址錯誤或收件人無法聯繫導致包裹被退回，重新發貨的運費將由買家承擔。

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete. If a package is returned due to incorrect address information or failure to contact the recipient, the reshipping fee will be borne by the buyer.
