Thank you for shopping with Cherish & Co. To ensure hygiene, quality, and fairness for every customer, please carefully review our return and exchange policy below:

1. 不設個人喜好退款 (No Change-of-Mind Returns)

 基於珠寶首飾的衛生安全與材質特殊性，本店不接受因個人喜好（如：不喜歡、款式不合、與想像有落差等）而要求的退貨或退款申請。所有出售之標準商品皆為最終銷售。

 Due to the hygiene, safety, and unique nature of jewelry, we do not accept returns or refunds for personal preferences (e.g., change of mind, personal taste, mismatch from expectations). All standard sales are final.

2. 客製化商品條款 (Customized Items)

 客製化商品（如刻字、特別訂製尺寸或特殊寶石款式）恕不接受任何形式的退換貨。 下單前請務必確認好款式與尺寸。

 Customized or personalized items (e.g., engraved pieces, custom sizes, or special gemstone orders) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please double-check all details and sizes before placing your order.

3. 瑕疵商品與換貨保障 (Defective Items & Exchange Guarantee)

 我們在出貨前均會經過嚴格的品質檢驗。若您收到商品時發現有嚴重瑕疵、破損或品項錯誤，請於簽收後 48 小時內 拍照並聯絡我們。經核實後，我們將為您免費更換同款新品。

 All items undergo strict quality control prior to shipping. If you receive an item with severe defects, damage, or incorrect items, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of signing for the package. Upon verification, we will arrange a free exchange for the same item.

4. 退換貨流程 (Return & Exchange Procedure)

若符合上述瑕疵換貨條件，請按照以下步驟申請：

If you meet the criteria for a defective exchange, please follow the steps below:

1. 聯絡客服 (Contact Us)： 請於簽收後 48 小時內，透過電子郵件或官方客服提供您的訂單編號（Order Number）、問題描述以及清晰的瑕疵部位照片。

Please contact us via email or customer support within 48 hours of delivery with your Order Number, description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect.

2. 審核與確認 (Review & Approval)： 我們會在 1-2 個工作天內進行審核。確認符合換貨條件後，將會提供您指定的退貨收件地址。

We will review your request within 1-2 business days. Once approved, we will provide the designated return address.

3. 寄回商品 (Ship Item Back)： 請將商品連同完整原包裝（含盒子、配件）安全寄回。

Please securely ship the item back along with its original packaging (including boxes and accessories).

5. 運費說明 (Shipping Fees on Returns)

 若因商品瑕疵、發錯款式等品牌疏失所產生的退換貨運費，將由 Cherish & Co. 全額承擔。

 原始訂單所支付的運費（如有）為不退還費用。

 Shipping costs for returns resulting from defects or our error will be fully covered by Cherish & Co.

 Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

6. 退款程序 (Refund Process)

 在極少數無法更換同款新品（例如商品斷貨）而必須辦理退款的情況下，退款將會在我們收到退回商品並完成檢查後的 3–7 個工作天 內，原路退回至您的付款帳戶。

 實際入帳時間可能會因不同銀行或支付平台的處理速度而異。

 In rare cases where an exchange is not possible (e.g., out of stock) and a refund is approved, the refund will be processed and returned to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

 Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
